The DAE Certificate of Achievement is awarded by the DAE to individuals, groups, and teams such as Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Process Action Teams, Working level Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs) and Overarching Integrated Product Teams (OIPT). The DAE Certificate is the appropriate award to highlight and reward individuals and teams that have made exceptional contributions to improving life cycle costs and/or the Department's acquisition system through innovative acquisition management techniques.
