Supervisor Outreach Program: Introduction

Revitalizing the role of AL&T Workforce leaders and supervisory personnel, and switching the focus of rating supervisors' support over to career management, is a large part of the Army Transformation Plan and Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army LTG Joseph L. Yakovac's Transformation Campaign Plan. The supervisor's role is critical to each employee's individual career development and progression. To help leaders and supervisors make this change, the USAASC's Regional Customer Support Offices are shifting their focus from individual AL&T Workforce members to rating supervisors.
