AAC Training with Industry
The TWI program provides the opportunity for Military to gain
career broadening experience while working in an industry environment.
It also provides the participant's organization the means to acquire
needed skills or expertise.
Training with Industry is a one-year work experience training
program designed to take selected officers out of the military
environment and expose them to the latest civilian business practices,
organizational structures and cultures, technology development
processes and corporate management techniques.
