Acquisition Leadership Challenge Program We are piloting the new Acquisition Leadership Challenge Program (ALCP), a 2½-day course focusing on developing better civilian leadership. An additional 10,000 are scheduled to be fielded through 2012. (U.S. Army photo.) The U.S. Army’s Product Director Non-Standard Vehicles (PD NSV) is providing the Afghanistan National Security Forces (ANSF) with key maneuver capabilities that are critical to expediting the strategic drawdown of U.S. combat forces from Afghanistan by 2014.
