Joint Light Tactical Vehicle team wins Packard Award for acquisition excellence

By Michael Clow   WARREN, Mich. — Marking another sign of strength for the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle program, joint program office leaders celebrated being named one of the four 2013 recipients of the Department of Defense (DOD) David Packard Award in Acquisition Excellence.
