Registration

Registration Fee: The Early Bird Registration fee is $85. After September 12, 2011, the fee will increase to $95. Registration Fee includes Hors d’oeuvres, a three-course meal, and complimentary valet-parking. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.

Registration will open August 29, 2011.

Cancellation deadline is Monday, September 19, 2011.
