The Human Resources (HR) Management Division’s primary mission responsibilities are to:

  • Perform all Direct Reporting Unit HR military personnel management and civilian personnel management functions for the USAASC.
  • Develop, promulgate, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to HR management for the Program Executive Offices (PEOs)/other DRU elements.
  • Provide personnel management expertise in the development of Acquisition Career Management policies/programs.


The Human Resources Management Division is a team of HR professionals dedicated to utilize core HR competencies in manning the force, providing top level HR services, coordinating personnel support to ASAALT, and Conducting HR Planning and Operations across the Army’s Acquisition PEOs.
