Public-Private Talent Exchange - Policy

HQDA DCS G1 Memorandum: Provides guidance on the roles, responsibilities, and implementing procedures for the use of the Public-Private Talent Exchange (PPTE) Program within the Department of the Army. The PPTE Program is intended to establish a knowledge exchange through which Department of Defense and private-sector organizations can exchange talent, so that the DOD can gain expertise and knowledge with an influx of fresh and innovative ideas. This program is open to Army employees at the GS-12 level or above (or equivalent) or at the Federal Wage System journeyman level and above.
