WHAT IS THE AAW?
As a member of the Army Acquisition Workforce, you can make a fairly rare claim: There’s an entire office specifically dedicated to managing your career. The Army DACM Office supports approximately 37,000 military and civilian acquisition professionals across a dozen commands and 14 acquisition career fields, and is rolling out a new initiative, the HCSP.
