s the Army prepares to field an improved combat helmet and develops the next generation of protective headgear, it is also taking stock of what is known and not known about the signature
wounds of the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan: traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
