DACM Memorandum: Establishes policy for non-commissioned officer (NCO) attendance at the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 51C Advanced Leaders Course (ALC) and the 51C Senior Leaders Course (SLC). It applies to all Active Component, US Army Reserve, and Army National Guard NCOs in Career Management Field (CMF) 51.
