Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program – Decoupling from the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Certification

Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) Memorandum: Requires Financial Management (FM) workforce members assigned to positions coded for both the Defense Financial Management Certification Program (DFMCP) and the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) to complete both certification requirements.
