Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Sustainment (DASA(Sustainment)) Memorandum: Provides Continuous Learning Point (CLP) guidance from the Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) Army Acquisition Functional Leader (AAFL) to Army Acquisition Workforce professionals within this Functional Area.
