Army Acquisition Workforce (AAW) professionals should review the list of deployed credentials from the DAU iCatalog’s Credential Home Page (https://icatalog.dau.edu/onlinecatalog/tabnav_credentials.aspx). The credentials are organized by Acquisition Functional Area, knowledge area, or special interest area. AAW professionals should talk with their first-line supervisor to discuss if there is a need to complete any assignment-specific credential training, based on mission requirements, professional career development, or other compelling reasons. If the supervisor and/or AAW professional determine that there is a DAU credential which would help to address this need, they should work together to plan and schedule courses in the AAW professional’s Individual Development Plan, as appropriate. The Army DACM Office continues to create tools and products that are user friendly, in order to guide this important conversation between supervisors and AAW professionals.
