Capability Program Executive Combat Logistics (CPE CL)
The Capability Program Executive Combat Logistics (CPE CL) is a key component of the U.S. Army’s modernization efforts. It is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and modernization of the majority of equipment across the Army’s Transportation, Engineer, Quartermaster, and Ordnance portfolios. This includes more than 200 programs that span the Army’s transportation, ordnance, quartermaster, engineer, and training equipment portfolios.
CPE CL aims to develop and deliver modernized tactical wheeled vehicles, engineering equipment, watercraft, power generation systems, and other force sustainment capabilities to the Army, Joint, and global partners. The organization is led by Brig. Gen. Camilla White and is part of the broader Continuous Transformation efforts to increase efficiency and accelerate the delivery of critical capabilities to the warfighter.

Capability Program Executive Command, Control and Information Network (CPE C2IN)
The Capability Program Executive Command and Control Information Network (CPE C2IN), headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, delivers decisive information dominance enabled by network superiority that empowers commanders to achieve victory, ensuring they can always out-think, out-pace, and out-maneuver the adversary on any battlefield.
CPE C2IN is rapidly delivering dominant C2 and network solutions through a dedicated partnership with warfighters and industry. We achieve this by harnessing the speed of commercial innovation and pioneering new capabilities, providing a persistent and decisive information advantage. CPE C2IN equips commanders to decide and act faster than any adversary, ensuring victory in a complex, ever-evolving contested environment.

Capability Program Executive Enterprise Software and Services (CPE ES2)
The Capability Program Executive Enterprise Software and Services (CPE ES2) develops and delivers software solutions that drive operational readiness and provides seamless support for mission-critical systems and warfighting capabilities across the Army. Our systems help keep the Army running every day and support every domain, branch, unit, Soldier and Army Civilian worldwide.
Enterprise systems are warfighting enablers. Our unique portfolio includes three project management offices aligned with Army domains: Human Resources and Force Management; Logistics and Finance; and Acquisition, Training and Readiness. In addition, we have a dedicated team focused on providing enterprise applications and services that support today’s business solutions. Each portfolio is responsible for a suite of software programs aligned with these domains.
Our users, the Soldiers and Civilians across the Army, are at the center of what we do. With an Agile acquisition approach and a focus on automation, innovation and Soldier-informed design, CPE ES2 drives speed, efficiency and excellence in acquisition and software development, ensuring Soldiers receive the capabilities they need to succeed.

Capability Program Executive Defensive Fires (CPE DF)
The Capability Program Executive (CPE) Defensive Fires is dedicated to the acquisition and sustainment of the Army’s premier Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems. Responsible for protecting forces and critical assets against evolving aerial threats, CPE Defensive Fires executes comprehensive program lifecycle management for the Army’s defensive portfolio, ranging from short-range interceptors to high-altitude area defense. We develop forward-looking acquisition strategies that integrate advanced sensors and kinetic solutions.
CPE Defensive Fires ensures rigorous oversight and rapid fielding of defensive capabilities that guarantee airspace dominance and force survivability.
Capability Program Executive Integrated Fires (CPE IF)
The Capability Program Executive (CPE) Integrated Fires mission is to develop, test, acquire, field, and sustain integrated fires capabilities that support the warfighter through the integration of weapons and sensors with a common mission command system.
CPE Integrated Fires operates under the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, which is the Army’s core modernization enterprise for fires capabilities. The office focuses on integrating weapons, sensors, launchers, and command-and-control networks into cohesive, joint- and coalition-ready systems to provide decisive battlefield advantages. It ensures that systems are technologically advanced, operationally relevant, interoperable, and ready for combat.

Capability Program Executive Offensive Fires (CPE OF)
The Capability Program Executive (CPE) Offensive Fires is responsible for developing, fielding, and sustaining offensive fires capabilities within the PAE Fires modernization framework.
CPE Offensive Fires works closely with other Army and joint organizations to ensure that offensive fires can be preemptive, precise, and responsive. Modern launchers, such as the Autonomous Multi-Domain Launcher and the Objective Launch System, are being developed to fire both offensive and defensive munitions, giving commanders flexibility to shift between offensive and defensive roles as the battlefield evolves. This integration allows for real-time targeting, counter-fire, and air surveillance, enhancing the Army’s ability to maintain overmatch against near-peer competitors.

Capability Program Executive Ground (CPE G)
The Capability Program Executive (CPE) Ground delivers 130 programs of record and 253 products and non-programs of record, such as essential capabilities from body armor, helmets, sensors and lasers to legacy weapons systems. CPE Ground has four Program Manager (PM) Offices and one Project Director. They are: Program Manager Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment/Personal Protective Equipment, Program Manager Maneuver Medical Systems, Program Manager Maneuver Brigade Combat Team Lethality, Program Manager Maneuver Brigade Combat Team Enablers, and Assistant Capability Program Executive.
CPE Ground is committed to delivering capabilities that enhance combat overmatch against near peer threats. To do this, CPE Ground has launched the Adaptive Squad Architecture (ASA) to create a squad architecture that enables the rapid but deliberate delivery of integrated capabilities to the force, initially focused on the close combat formations, to ensure a lethal overmatch against current and future threats. It will also provide a single, authoritative technical database of all squad equipment and assist in analyzing, defining and maintaining interfaces, which will make it possible to manage the squad as an integrated platform. By taking a systems approach to Soldier load, CPE Ground will be able to allocate size, weight and power across the subcomponents to further optimize mobility, effectiveness and ultimately, lethality.
