“Tese changes position AcqDemo for the future and for growth,” Tomas-Rizzo said.


Te proposed changes, which are being final- ized within DOD, are wide-ranging. Tey affect everything from reducing the number of “con- tribution factors” in the Contribution-Based Compensation and Appraisal System (CCAS) from six to three, to new direct-hire authorities, which include an internship program.
