LTG Phillips spoke to the entire class at the last PMT 401 Service Day (24 March), and Mr. Spisak also attended and spoke to the Army students. The morning session is attended by all the Services at the 3 and 4 star level. Each Service Senior Leader will participate as part of an SAE/DACM panel.
