Delegation of Authority to Sign Key Leadership Position (KLP) Tenure Agreements

AAE Memorandum: Delegates the authority to sign tenure agreements for certain Key Leadership Positions (KLPs): Centralized Selection List (CSL) Project Manager and Product Manager, Senior Contracting Official (SCO), Program Lead Contracting Officer (PLCO), and Program Executive Officer (PEO) key staff. AAE retains the authority to sign tenure agreements for PEOs and Deputy PEOs.
