Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FM&C)) Memorandum: Provides Continuous Learning Point (CLP) guidance from the Business – Cost Estimating (BUS-CE) Army Acquisition Functional Leader (AAFL) to Army Acquisition Workforce professionals within this Functional Area.
