If you do not have enough rated time to provide 4 years of evaluations, you must provide what you have. An absolute minimum of 18 months as an NCO is required for reclassification consideration with 2 NCOERs. A Senior Rater MFR is also required if your last NCOER thru date is not beyond the date listed in the current board requirements.
