Recommend re-associating your CAC to your CAMP account at https://apps.asc.army.mil/camp/ by clicking the “Login using CAC” button. If the problem persists please send a Help Request at https://apps.asc.army.mil/camp/index.cfm?fuseaction=support.helpRequest. In the Help Request, provide a detailed explanation of the problems you are experiencing so that your inquiry can be elevated to the CAMP Administrator.
