Yes, applicants must complete a SA as part of the ATAP application process. Applicants must agree that upon completion of the training received, they will fulfill the period of obligated service, or reimburse the federal government, whichever is applicable. Each applicant will indicate the period of obligated service on the required SA based upon the projected curriculum provided at the time of submitting their application.
