FORT BELVOIR, Va. (Oct. 24, 2019) – The Army Director for Acquisition Career Management Office has selected 12 Army Acquisition civilians to take part in the upcoming cohort of the Defense Civilian Emerging Leader Program (DCELP).
DCELP is the premier DOD leader development program for acquisition civilians at GS-07 through GS-12 (or equivalent payband), providing entry-level to mid-career professionals with a full range of competencies needed to lead teams and projects. Troy Heitzer, Life Cycle Logistics, CECOM
Rebecca Jessen, Contracting, Army Contracting Command (ACC)
