SENIOR SERVICE COLLEGE FELLOWSHIP 2021-2022 COHORT ANNOUNCED

FORT BELVOIR, Va. (April 28, 2021)—Twenty applicants were selected to attend the 2021-2022 cohort of Defense Acquisition University’s Senior Service College Fellowship (DAU-SSCF). Those selected were the best qualified based on experience and potential for continued outstanding service to the Army. Applicants represent eight of the acquisition career fields as well as Army program executive offices and other major Army commands.

The DAU-SSCF program is a 10-month educational senior leadership development opportunity sponsored by the Army Director of Acquisition Career Management (DACM). The purpose of the SSCF is to provide leadership and acquisition training to prepare senior-level civilians for leadership roles such as product and project manager, program executive officer and other key acquisition leadership positions. Participants will complete six core focus areas: executive leadership and mentoring, the program manager’s course, national security module, senior leader speaker’s program, completion of a strategy research project and master’s degree coursework.

Those selected will attend the SSCF in Huntsville, Alabama; Picatinny, New Jersey; and the newly established virtual cohort.
