COMMUNICATIONS TO GO The Army is providing lighter, more transportable configurations of its tactical communica- tions network backbone, including the air-transportable High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle used here by the 3rd Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division during its recent Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) rotation at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
