MR. STEVE STARK provides contract sup- port to the USAASC for SAIC. He holds a B.A. in English from George Mason Univer- sity and an M.A. in creative writing from Hollins University. Stark has worked in a variety of positions supporting communica- tions for the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, and has written about defense-related topics for more than a decade. He was the founding editor of the Program Executive Office Sol- dier Portfolio and edited the U.S. Army’s Weapon Systems handbook for six years.
